P.O.W.E.R is founded on 5 main components:

  • Planning with a Purpose
  • Overcoming Obstacles
  • Working Smarter not Harder
  • Excelling as a Leader
  • Rejoicing through the execution process

This program is an intensive, interactive, and leadership experience.

For some, "leadership" means an office or position within an organization.  But, are we doing enough to develop our best leaders before they run for an office?  What if we started sooner--focusing on the young leaders who might emerge as your next president, vice president, or founder of a new student group.

This engaging interactive workshop mixed with theatrical live skits and student involvement will focus on helping students understand the leadership development process "live and in action".  This workshop will help students understand the importance of a writing and understanding their VISION, creating a STRATEGY for executing their vision, setting GOALS that align with their strategy and using their own personal P.O.W.E.R to bring their vision to life.

Students will  learn how to effectively create a Plan with a purpose, Overcome obstacles in an effort to successfully execute their plan, Work smarter by tapping into the resources around them, Excel as leaders, and Rejoice through the process. We will focus on demonstrating real life scenarios that students are facing on high school and college campuses.

The P.O.W.E.R workshop utilizes a unique approach to empower students academically, civically, and professionally as they are faced with being campus leaders, dealing with peer pressures, combating all the new issues that face them daily, all while trying to balance it all. This presentation will provide a strategy that will help aide in student success both on/off campus.
